    Default Layman wireless question

1.Why am I not able to access 192.168.1.1 (Quidway wireless modem) thru my Nokia handset ,whereas other normal website browsing is possible.

2.If instead of a handset if it were a Notebook would I be able to transfer files from my Home PC to laptop. Would the router also act as a network hub? (It does not work this way in some place I tried. The connected computers are not visible in Network Neighbourhood).

I request a professional who understood my questions (& intention!) to reply please.

EDIT In the snapshot Wireless AP is not enabled ,but I enable it anyway. That is not the issue

I am not a professional. But, I feel I can understand your intentions correctly and can answer some of your questions authentically.

The router can also act as switch(not a hub). That means, you can transfer files between the devices connected to the router independent of the internet. You can confirm this by removing the wan side connection of your router and transferring a file between two devices connected to the router and if you try to browse the internet you won't get internet.

Just checked, I am able to browse 192.168.1.1 in my nokia E63 handset.
