i have been using UTSTARCOM WA3002G4 modem for over a year and now suddenly i get disconnected and the lan shows 'limited or no connectivity'.i tried resetting but nothing happens,it goes back to 'limited or no connectivity'.

( presume you did not avail motive website facilities )

hey thanks for replyin,i tried the method in the first page and now the 'limited or no connectivity' error is gone,but now also im not able to access internet or the modem...
Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig/all, post the screen shot.
