hello friends, i have bsnl home 250 plans and getting only 50 kbps download speed. i want to know whethet changing my phone number will have any effect on speed,,if it can be increased by changing phone number??????/
i have complained bsnl about my low speed,but they are saying every thing is fine and could not locate fault....
help will be appreciated......

Changing phone no will not effect in any way.

1. Download any file from Microsoft and report the speed.

2. What is your speed on torrents ?

3. Do you use a download manager ?

4. Mention your modem - model and make
