    Angry Connection is limited error message

    Hi all,

    I am using BSNL 750 unlimited plan and i put up in Chennai. I am downloading movies and musics heavily. If i continuously download more than 8 hours, my connection gets blocked. I couldn't download or upload. I did mouse over the LAN icon in system tray and checked the speed it showed the speed is 1: Gbps. I repaired it but it couldn't fix it and gave a warning that "Connection is limited. Contact your network admin". I restarted the system as well as modem but no use. After 2 hours it worked good. I have been facing this issue for a long time and i want to solve it. Please help me on this.

    continuously download more than 8 hours, my connection gets blocked.
    After 2 hours it worked good
    .

    1.
    Confirm Internet connection lost for 2 hours.
    cannot even surf the websites.
    2.
    Check lease time in WAN page of your modem ( give details)
    3.
    Also andy Download Manager used or automatic scheduler/s used.
    4.
    Copy/Paste here ipconfig /all
    5.
    Confirm on
    (a) Dialer mode or
    (b) PPP/PPPoE ( userid/PW stored in WAN page of modem )
    6.
    Have you enabled box "limited or No connectivity" in network settings page ?
    7.
    In same page check Ethernet card ( configure)
    any power saving mode option selected ?
    8.
    Feedback item wise. Do not use full quote!

    according to me you are facing over heating problem of modem.1 year ago when i had BSNL conn. i was facing same problem as you are facing now.that time i had UT300R2U modem.When i complained to them(BSNL Office),they asked me to bring the modem.They used that modem continuously for 7-8 hrs.,after that they said me that there was some hardware problem and because of that modem is getting over heated.They replaced that modem.After that everything worked fine..........................
    I'm not sure but may be you are facing this problem.....Or Call BSNL BROADBAND helpline no.

    2. Check lease time in WAN page of your modem ( give details)
    Approximately one minute.
    Are you reporting default value O (Zero) or some number entered there.
    Usually this will be in seconds.Check also in LAN page.( shows in hours default 24. )

    Post as annexure JPG the modem page showing lease time.
