I had taken the 1100 UL plan(2 MBps, 10gb limit, 500 phone calls) a couple of months back by paying the annual charges up front. Now I find the 900 UL good which has double the speed, with 8gb limit and 400 calls.
I would like to know if I request for a change in plan from 1100 UL to 900 UL - would I get the balance money back ? Or would it get adjusted against monthly telephone bills?
