Thread: Do I still need to verify?

Hi,
I had applied for a plan change. My portal shows this:
i36.tinypic.com/2up8cb6.jpg

It shows "Closed" to my present plan and "future" for my new plan. What plan am I now on?!

Do I still need to make sure on Sept 01? I tend to forget going to this portal thing.

Your plan will change only on 1 Sept. 2010. Wait till you see Provisioned instead of future date.

you can check the speed now and on 1st September 2010

Both 2Mbps plans. So that won't help.

Try large downloads between 0205 and 0755 AM
keep modem off at about 0155 or so and restart at 0205
