    Default ERROR 676:thephone line is busy!

    yes,before you tocheck out other threads i want to tell you that i have already checked,my problem is a peculiar one

    MODEM=TERACOM type 1
    SNR DOWN=13 DB
    SBR UP=15DB

    i wont be ableto post IPCONFIG/ALL as iam not at home,but i assure u everything is fine
    it was working till yesterday

    i get Error 676 in bridge mode,and when in PPOE the INTERNET LED doesn't glow at all,i've tried resetting the modem but no avial.

    The phone is not noisy


    i've checked every possiblity,

    connections come after splitter
    i've treidto connect the BOX to MODEM directly but no avail

    recently i've applied fora change in BB plan,and it was active 2 days ago,is it that the USERNAMEhas been changed??

    your snrmargin figures are fine.

    which mode do you use to connect?

    I'd tried both PPoE and Bridge!

    @all,thx for replying,as i had said,i checked all the possibilities and it turns out that it was a fault from BSNL side,infact the whole town has not INTERNET yesterday,rectified now.

    Check ur cable connectivity.. u have connection Phone line before Modem
