hi
bsnl broadband service is very bad(Banur,Patiala,punjab)
i (Sukhjinder Singh) have bsnl broadband connection ,
My BSNL internet is not working since 17 July 2010
i logged complaint at 1500, even in local exchange number 01762251498
Patiala 01722203838
patiala SDO 9736120013

but still JTO is saying pls call us , i still not received any complaint its bad
i dont know what register he check to watch complaints

tell me how to solve this problem

If nothing works, try complaining to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. ID and phone no. on the backside of your bill.
