Default Help with best configuration for D-Link glb-802c

    Hi ,
My old Smartax MT882 Modem recently died, so I had to purchase a new one. I bought a new Dlink glb 802-c modem as it was the currently best available in the market. I used to get constant speeds of above 200kbps in my old modem at night with my 500C plan. I could download maximum of 4.5gb or average of 3.6gb/night in uTorrent. Now after I have changed my modem no matter any different techniques I have been trying I'm not able to cross 2.1gb/night download i.e., max speed upto 150kbps thats all. According to my knowledge I used to get more speed in PPPoE mode than bridge mode. I used to only enter the IP address. Even the browsing speed has been decreased drastically. I have been searching all over the net for the perfect configuration but has been unsuccessful. Please share your configuration that is compatible for my request. Any help will be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Try tcp optimiser from speedguide.net.
    Copy/Paste data here. ipconfig /all
Confirm you have user guide for GLB802C.

I tried TCP optimizer but it should my IP address itself wrong and I couldn't change it. My IP Config . The user guide did match as given in the website. I'm also finding problems as I'm not able to forward my port properly, even though I followed all the steps from portforward.com.

Simply switch to Bridge mode. All ports are open by default.
