Angry BSNL's blunder of changing my plan

I applied for change of my current plan 750 UL to 1350 ULF 20 days ago and they told me that it will be activated on September 1, 2010 that is tomorrow. Today when I checked usage portal and saw order status, I got shocked.

The order status of current plan 750 is closed but in future date order status , the plan is written 625 UL CS1 instead of 1350 ULF and it is going to be provisioned midnight after 12:00 am

What should I do ? Will I have to wait for one more month to see 1350 ULF plan after I file complaint ? or will they change it immediately ?

Insist on changing you plan in September itself. Since it is their fault, they may yield to it.

I visited exchange today. When I checked in their computer in order to see about my plan status, It is written 750 instead of 625 and also I saw comment "change plan from 750 to 1350 ULF" in their computer. They told me that my plan will be activated after 1-2 days.

While in my usage portal, plan order is 625 UL instead of 1350 ULF and order status is provisional.

    To put it simply :

I applied for change of 750 UL to 1350 ULF 20 days ago.

Today, My order name is 625 UL instead of 1350 ULF and status is provisional.

while in my local exchange's system, Current plan is still 750 and it did not change into 1350 and the change of 750 to 1350 plan is in under process which will be activated after 1-2 days.

They do not have any idea about my usage portal that I showed them screen shot of my usage portal's current status.

Why exactly is so difference between my usage portal and local exchange's system ?

It happens with BSNL. Lots of surprises. Closely follow your portal and see that whether the plan is getting changed to ULF 1350.

Don't worry, the whole process is based on their internal portal so what you saw there matter. Might be some error.

But Dilip, Order status is provisional and that too with lower speed of 625 UL plan instead of 2 Mbps of 1350 ULF.

Lets see what happens after 1 day since change to 1350 ULF plan status is already in their system.

What is the speed you are getting ? Is it still 256 Kbps ?

Sad. There is nothing we could do. Hope it will be fixed this week itself.

Right now, I again checked my usage portal.

Finally I got to see 1350 ULF as "future date" status and it is gonna change Midnight today and 625 UL is closed now

Sorry guys for troubling you but this forum can be used as reference in future.
