    Default for 2 months, 1350 still old speed. anybody else??

    I'm still getting 512 speed for 1350 plan, not even 15GB FUP for 2MBPS. I thought might be some tech prob they will fix next month, but now it has been almost 2.5 months since announcement, i'm still to get that speed. In webportal login, i am getting "512 KBSP by order CO" under ":User Info", that means problem is from Banglore server, i think
    Where shoud I complain??? Plz help

    Talk to the Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE). Explain the problem and seek help. A few more members were facing the same problem. Nobody reported the result though.

    Yeah, unfortunately one has to do that - take the matter to the senior officials. And Syedtalha is right also; the problem lies with their Bangalore server. But my point is, WHY SHOULD ONE HAVE TO RUN FROM PILLAR TO POST TO GET A SERVICE WHICH IS HIS LEGITIMATE DUE. It is high time BSNL gets dragged to the consumer court for denying a consumer the promised service.

    If '[I]the so called experts' [I] maintaining BSNL server do not know how to switch back the connectivity to 2 mbps at the beginning of a new month, BSNL should stop providing split speed connections like '2 mbps upto 20 GB and then 512 kbps' and instead should keep the offer limited to '256 or 128 or 64 kbps' whatever low speed they are actually capable of providing at constant speed.

    Post a screenshot of your Order Status.hide personal Details.Then only i can tell u further wat to do.

    Try talking to Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE). Call customer care and ask for his number. If nothing works, give a written request to change to ULF 1350.

    I'am also facing the same problem, iam currently on bb unlimited 1350 plus and requested to change to bb homecombo ulf 1350 by calling 1500, dated aug 24 th
    even after calling and making a second round to bsnl office in jayanagar 7 th block, with assurance of bb plan change by sep 1 st. i am still ruuning on the old speed.

    when i called up 1500, they are saying both are one and the same.. they are probably confused
    thinking of sending mails to all top idiots in bsnl who have created this confusion.

    call 1500 and ask for the phone no. Of the SDO of your area.And talk to him.You should get 2mbps for first 20 Gb.If this does not work take out the print of your order status and then go to bsnl.co.in click on the advertisement which reads unlimited and it contains different types of birds.take the print of that page too.steple those pages go to u r nearby exchange and talk to senior officer them.Show him u r order status print out page and that tariff page.Tell him u r personal detail.Talk in abusive manner like u r in a very angry mood and u have been cheated.U r problem then will be rectified for sure

    Solution is simple, Change plan to UL750 and then next month change to ULF1350. Thats it.

    Because there is a difference between UL Combo 1350 plan and ULF1350 plan. UL Combo 1350 plan is old and not updated. ULF1350 is newly provisioned and gives 20GB @ 2Mbps.

    The Plan you are mention I assume that you are in 59 IP. Users of 59 IP dont have FUP plan set on the portal. So you are not in the FUP plan and thats why you are not getting the 2Mbps upto 20GB.

    I dont know BSNL authority will change the UL 1350 to 1Mbps speed or not but how can be a users of UL750 getting 512Kbps when users of UL 1350 getting the same speed policy where they are paying more then UL750.

    I dont think ULF 1350 is a good option for havy downloder because if BSNL change UL 1350 to 1Mbps for old users then it will not be easy to change back in old plan untile your SDE or DE being friendly to you.

    same problem here ... lodged a complain to them ... still no action ..

    planning to move to UL 750... as i dont like FUP ....

    No, i dont want 2mbps, if they could just give 1mbps without 20GB limit, i would be satisfied, becasue that is the max line speed i get anyway at home.
    Now till then, what shoudl i do?? change to ULF 1350 or wait for something to hapen because i know there would be many others like me... who hav still 512 speed, they will definitely do something.
    So pls advise
