    Angry BSNL wifi passkey not matching

    hello people!
    i have been reading this forum since long as its like top rated by bsnl and always helped me a lot!
    now i am in such trouble that i cant manage to get rid of it by google!
    i just formatted my laptop and reinstalled win 7 ultimate, now wifi connection asks for passkey as usual as i have secured connection. But according to it, its not correct passkey i am giving in, i even checked from 192.168.1.1 the pass key is perfect!
    i tried resetting the modem and doing it all once again but no luck yet!
    any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Try without a a security key . Feedback.
    Key used wep wpa etc ?
    Mention modem/router model/make/number.
    If possible post scree shot as Annexure here, the wifi settings page with the Passkey.
    ( you are allowed to use Annexure mode )

    tried without key also, same results, no internet access!
    my router is dna a211 a1
    and sorry i dont know whats annexure mode!

    1.

    Procedure :
    You have to SAVE the modem wifi settings page/s as
    jpg picture to say C:/MY Documents/ Pictures.
    Then when you post here
    Select "GO advanced"
    Scroll down the page
    Select Manage Attachments"
    Upload the jpg pictures .

    2.
    Copy/paste following data for WLAN settings.
    ( If OS is widows7 & vista etc tunnel data not needed )
    Procedure:

    Start RUN
    type cmd
    Ok
    New window
    typeipconfig /all

    3.
    confirm in LAN mode you get connected to Internet.
    4.
    Check LINK wa3002-g4 for screen shots etc. similar hardware board/menu pages.
    5.
    May have to update Firmware from company website.
    Presume you have not tried any Motive FW update.
    DO NOT TRY anything now.
    6.
    Check "white list" for Mac address/es. If available ) disable it.

    hey hey hey, sorry for this but it was solved by windows trouble shooting! i love win 7! of course this forum too! i just clicked diagnose and it was fixed! wow!
