Thread: BSNL cheating in usage calculation with solid evidence(shocking)

See my usage in bsnl website
And think how bsnl is cheating costumers


On 24th august usage was 1.97



On 25th august usage was 2.04



On 26th august usage again was 1.97




On 30th august 5.30 pm usage was 2.30



Again On 30th august 11.45 pm usage was 2.55 GB



So usage different is .25 GB. That is equal to 256 MB
From the last 3 figures you can see the same readings in (start time, stop time, upload, download, total units, Duration and chargeable units) and at same time you can see the difference in usage in(total download, upload, total volume)
This is the magic we can see. Same readings in one side and different readings in another side.
My plan is 600 combo. So maximum free usage is 2.5 GB. In that we can understand how bsnl is cheating costumer with usage calculation. If we give a complaint to authority, in front of us they check our usage and confuse us that we had used it. ..""How is that""!!

georgi.. colored and big fonts must be avoided in posts..
that doesnt attract people, but rather annoys them..

moreover, you have linked too big images on your thread, which also hassles many forum members because the screen gets too short to accumulate all the image. next, big images consume more data for limited plan users..

please take care in mind next time..

You should immediately go to your nearest BSNL office or contact the ADO.

all ready done but no response. they r trying to convince that i make mistakes in data calculations. So diffident becomes plaintiff. how is that. That i all ready told u Bsnl Rocks.....

One thing I've noticed about the info in the bsnl portal, that you might find interesting. Usually at the end of the month or first week of next month I get two options to pick for the same month. I'll explain that:
Consider its 28Aug today. I check by usuage details & notice something unusual there. There are two Aug 2010 unbilled options to pick from the usage month menu. <<<weird huh?
It has happened to me before so I check both of the two usage details that appear for the same month that way I know I haven't missed something.
Your problem maybe different but I thought it might help to know
