Thread: rural plan not sanctioned

i am a native of manjapra village, ernakulam district. i am currently subscriber of bsnl broadband, plan is 250 home. i want to change to rural plan 150. my exchange is listed under rural exchanges. but, i was informed from my nearest bsnl customer care(angamaly), that i am not eligible for that since i didnt purchase pc under rural plan. is that true?

As far as I know, there is no need to purchase PC to be eligible for rural plan. Me too applied for one. They say such plan doesn't exist in their system. So currently with UL 750.

You can try complaining with Nodal officer or Appellate authority. ID and phone no. on the backside of your bill. Call him and seek help.
