Default Where do I find my customer/Unique ID ?

From today the portal page has changed. I cannot view my usage.

It is asking customer id for registration, which i don't have on my bill.

No town or city in West Bengal( Except Kharagpur) is listed in self care sites.

Use this till you get your bill

    1. Web Registration for Usage Alerts

Also download the web client and check.

    2. Use a good bandwidth meter. Shaplus or Networx will do the trick.

    3. You can also try this

    For BSNL Mobile Customer

Step-1: Register land-line number by sending SMS "REG space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 52295 i.e.REG <STD code><Landline No> to 52295.
Example: to register land-line number 2345678 in lucknow SMS REG 05222345678 to 52295.
Step2:After obtaining SMS of sucessfully registration send SMS "BBU space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 52295 i.e.BBU <STD code><Landline No> to 52295 for obtaining BB Usage.
Example: to know BB usage of land-line number 2345678 in lucknow SMS BBU 05222345678 to 52295.

    For NON-BSNL Mobile Customer

Step-1: Register land-line number by sending SMS "REG space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 919448077777 i.e.REG <STD code><Landline No> to 919448077777.
Example: to register land-line number 2345678 in lucknow SMS REG 05222345678 to 919448077777 .
Step2:After obtaining SMS of sucessfully registration send SMS "BBU space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 919448077777 i.e.BBU <STD code><Landline No> to 919448077777 for obtaining BB Usage.
Example: to know BB usage of land-line number 2345678 in lucknow SMS BBU 05222345678 to 919448077777 .

It appears from your bill that opening and closing meter readings are provided so your billing system is not cdr based as such you won't have customer Id only you have unique customer ID.

You have to check your usage by using portal ID and password.

Call customer care. They will mail your ID and password. There is nothing we can do from outside BSNL.

I try to enter the consumer no from landline bill but it asks account number and tells mismatch of phone no and account no.

Default CHENNAI CIRCLE Bill payments etc.

    @rsk11584
Presume you are from Chennai circle.
Wait for January 2012 bill. Appears BSNL wants all payments etc in this web site.
(Each circle specially to be selected ).

    BSNL Portal || Sample Bill

If you had registered earlier at billchn.bsnl.co.in
earlier and made on line payments ,and checked your telephone bill details etc
In the new portal use the same ID/PW
    http://portal.bsnl.in/portal/aspxfiles/default.aspx
BSNL Portal || Value Added Services -- User Session
    Select Chennai circle.
    Seems to work for me.

    2.
I pay via ECS and they need additional All India IBF code
Will meet A.O(TR) Adyar Exchange Chennai and update thread.
    Feedback.

UPDATE:0825AM seems disabled now. once for all.
IsUp.Me -> Check if your website is down or up?
It's not just you! http://billchn.bsnl.co.in looks down from here.
