Where do I find my customer/Unique ID ? From today the portal page has changed. I cannot view my usage.
It is asking customer id for registration, which i don't have on my bill.

As per BSNL web site this is your customerID.
Check in your telephone bill. or contact A.O

What is that link ? getting 500 Internal server error.
Here is my bill. There is no customer id.

Try your consumer number. 815094.The Web Dynpro application 'RegApp' has expired. Restart the application. Choose 'Refresh' in the iView tray or use the browser 'Refresh' button to restart the iView

No town or city in West Bengal( Except Kharagpur) is listed in self care sites.

Use this till you get your bill
1. Web Registration for Usage Alerts
Also download the web client and check.
2. Use a good bandwidth meter. Shaplus or Networx will do the trick.
3. You can also try this
For BSNL Mobile Customer
Step-1: Register land-line number by sending SMS "REG space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 52295 i.e.REG <STD code><Landline No> to 52295.
Example: to register land-line number 2345678 in lucknow SMS REG 05222345678 to 52295.
Step2:After obtaining SMS of sucessfully registration send SMS "BBU space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 52295 i.e.BBU <STD code><Landline No> to 52295 for obtaining BB Usage.
Example: to know BB usage of land-line number 2345678 in lucknow SMS BBU 05222345678 to 52295.
For NON-BSNL Mobile Customer
Step-1: Register land-line number by sending SMS "REG space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 919448077777 i.e.REG <STD code><Landline No> to 919448077777.
Example: to register land-line number 2345678 in lucknow SMS REG 05222345678 to 919448077777 .
