From today the portal page has changed. I cannot view my usage.

As per BSNL web site this is your customerID.
Check in your telephone bill. or contact A.O

Here is my bill. There is no customer id.

For BSNL Mobile Customer
Step-1: Register land-line number by sending SMS "REG space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 52295 i.e.REG <STD code><Landline No> to 52295.
Example: to register land-line number 2345678 in lucknow SMS REG 05222345678 to 52295.
Step2:After obtaining SMS of sucessfully registration send SMS "BBU space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 52295 i.e.BBU <STD code><Landline No> to 52295 for obtaining BB Usage.
Example: to know BB usage of land-line number 2345678 in lucknow SMS BBU 05222345678 to 52295.
For NON-BSNL Mobile Customer

Just call 1500 from your landline and ask for your customer id.They have it in their records.
I got my customer ID from bsnl cc(1500).

its only consumer no; when i dailed that and registerd i was account of other persons'
Ask customer care of your Exchange. Phone 1500 or 1504.
tried still not and sorry im disturbing u soo much
Now seems BSNL is doing big change in billing system and portals i have received username and password for new portal for paying bills: but i am not able to register my number .. here is email from bsnl i tried to add my landline number. I try to enter the consumer no from landline bill but it asks account number and tells mismatch of phone no and account no.

BSNL WSC User Registration process
1. Customer opens the Selfcare portal.
2. Clicks on the New User Registration link in the home page screen.
3. In the Registration Page, customer has to provide his Unique Id /Customer Id, Username, Password, Challenge Question and Answer, Email Id and Broadband flag.
4. If you are a broadband customer , the broadband Flag should be checked as .Y.,
5. The BB User id should be same as the Broadband User Id of the customer
6. Broadband customers will be immediately authenticated through their BB User ID whereas the non-broadband customers will receive an authentication call from BSNL , upon which the customer can login into the Selfcare Portal.

Wait for January 2012 bill. Appears BSNL wants all payments etc in this web site.
