Default WiFi Connection is not working in BSNL modem. "INET" LED is turned off. Plzz Help.

    Hi,
I have a BSNL wireless modem + router for my broadband connection. Details of the modem are given below.

    Manufacturer: ITI Limited.
    Type: DNA-A211-I
    Feature: 4Eth + 1 WiFi802.11g ADSL2+ Router

Though I am able to connect the Internet from my laptop wirelessly through WAN miniport (PPPoE) but not able to connect the internet through the WiFi. It is showing "Access: Local Only". Also my other WiFi devices like iPod is not able to open any page and showing server not found (but the WLAN connection is showing there properly).
In the modem I can see that the "INET" LED is not at all turning on.
I am using this modem for the last 10 months and everything was fine until 2 days back when I powered off the modem (it is not the first time I switched it off) and then turned it back on and found All the required LEDs except "INET" (PWR, DSL, WLAN) are glowing.
Please help me to find a solution. I need my WiFi to go properly. I believe it's an issue in the modem software. Will "Restore to factory settings" help me in this regard? If yes, then please give me a step by step instruction and consequences as I have never done that before.

NOTE: Like I said everything in this modem was fine 2 days back, so the WiFi settings are properly done and the network is properly secured through WPA2-PSK security. And all these were done through the 192.168.1.1 link. Also after this issue I tried to reboot the modem couple of times through this link but nothing changes.

    Hi,
Following the below steps didn't help me. INET LED is still not on.
Actually All the steps mentioned below was already there in my router settings as described. I just changed the Start and End IP address as mentioned below and then reboot. But still after the reboot my WiFi connection is showing "Local Only" access.
    Please suggest some other steps.

    Hi,
for 6, do u want to know whether Internet is on in Wired mode (connecting the laptop to modem thru ethernet port)?
If yes, then the answer is no. I am getting "Local Only" access in that case. I am only able to access the internet in wireless PPP mode (connection made thru the dialer on my desktop).
If no, then please elaborate the question.

Please note that all the steps mentioned in Item No 3 in post no 2 is already done properly in my router settings. In fact, it was done from very beginning of my broadband connection. I am attaching the snap of WAN and LAN settings for my router. Please check.

Again, I believe my problem is that the "INET" LED is not turning on. and hence the issue in the WiFi and LAN mode. It might not be related to any properties or settings of the router or any connection settings in my laptop.
Please suggest what could be the root cause. Could this be a modem hardware issue???? Please help.

IN Wireless Networks settings page on top
Box for WLan card will be seen.
    select configure.
    ensure "enabled". Check drivers.
    Check adhoc or ssid selected.
    2. In task bar click WLAN Icon and select Repair.

What error message you get ?
    Which OS you use ?
