1. Log in to the portal, under postpaid orders, check the order status. Blacken personal details and post the screen shot here. You can post it as hxxp://www.domain.com instead of http://www.domain.com.
2. Do you see any future dated entry in orders page ?
3. What is the speed you are getting now ? Download any file from Microsoft and report the speed here.
4. To get your plan activated, you need to contact BSNL only. Only they are capable of taking any action. Normally plan change happens on 1 st week. It seems your order is yet to be processed. Call the Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE) and seek help.
