Thread: Selfcare portal is useless

I found that there is no way of checking unbilled BB usage of current month.

Also cannot check previous months billed usage.

Now I am relying on demand SMS, but that also not showing correct usage.

Showing wrong 391mb instead of 355mb.

Or is there any way to view current month usage ? Please tell.

1. Try a bandwidth meter. Shaplus or Networx will do.

2. Try Shaplus dataone tool and check.

3. Try datafox.

Datafox and Shaplus is not working.

Already have networx. Its nice tool.

Selfcare is worse than earlier portal.

I think in your area also cdr system of billing is just implemented and it will take time to update usage details in the new system once the new system is get going you will have no hardship.

Shaplus has two tools. 1. Bandwidth meter , 2. Dataone tool.

Dataone tool is capable of reading usage details from sites including self care portals. Bandwidth meter is just like Networx. But you need to depend on it in the first week of every month as the portal has some issue or other.

I downloaded the dataone tool, but it doesn't support selfcareportal, its mentioned itself in their website.
