    Default my account is not working

    iam using bb500 plan, but when iam trying to connect i got 691 error, so i check portal and i found
    Closure BBG FN Combo 500 Provisioned ******@bsnl.in 08/09/2010
    anyone help me whats d problem how to solve it, i didnt cancel my plan

    Why dont you contact the nearest exchange to get updated about existing status of the account? At times, the said error might creep in when they are doing something on the DSLAM or the AC.

    dslam or the ac means? i didnt pay the bil last 2 months,this is the reason i dnt know, but when i check the portal site it shows like tat Closure BBG FN Combo 500 Provisioned ******@bsnl.in 08/09/2010

    tat means my account or plan is closed, hello anyone answer me

    i didnt pay the bil last 2 months,

    Broadband : If you cannot login to Internet your Internet connection is closed. Telephone only Incoming calls may work for sometime.

    k, now what i do, if i pay 1 month bill, again connection is working, bcz in portal site it appears as closure 8-sep-10. so tats my doubt

    Those are ISP hardware to which your telephone line is connected.

    Since you have mentioned that you did not pay the bills, maybe they have temporarily closed your account.

    How about paying up all the dues and getting the connection reactivated? Was it some billing error from BSNL, which prompted you not to pay up the bills in time?
