Thread: BSNL accept incoming connections(TCP) or not?

Hello all,

I am creating an TCP server by using BSNL sim and my wavecom modem.
But it was not accept any incoming connections from outside network, any body tell me why bsnl not accept incoming connections.If i use airtel it was taking the connections but i face problem with BSNL...

Please any one help me..
