There will be a small hole on the bottom side of the modem. Just like a vent hole. While the modem is ON, use a refill press and hold it for say 30 seconds. It will reset your modem. Please note that you need to configure it connect to internet.

under Management for RESET option.

Yes there is a small hole below status light. Press it,and your modem will be reset.

I then configured my setttings at 192.168.1.1.
