Those results are not accurate. What is the speed you get ?

    1. Do you use a download manager ?

    2. What is the speed on torrents ?

    3. Post your SNR and attenuation values.

    Procedure

    a. Type 192.168.1.1 in the browser.

    b. ID and password as admin.

    c. Post the screen shot of landing page.

    4. Mention your modem - model and make.

You mean 180 KBps or 180 Kbps ?

    32 KBps = 256 Kbps ( 1KB = 8 Kb)

Apart from the bad result in pingtest.net, do you face any disconnection or speed problem ? If your speed is actually 180 KBps, you are getting proper speed.

    Try this guide

http://www.indiabroadband.net/broadb...onnection.html (How to: get max. speed of a connection)

If you are facing disconnections, get your line checked by the line man. Ask him to remove joints and no insulation parts to give a perfect line.

Appears mod mode selected is Adsl2+
Try GDMT for a stable connection.
    Recheck SNR D/L data.
    2.
Also try tcp optimizer from speedguide.net.

Your broadband rating is fine. The ping result for BSNL is F grade for me as well. The dowload speeds that you get are proper though. However, if you look carefully it should say 180KBps the "kb" & "KB" are important since they both mean different things.
The only time you will come across the issues of having an "F" grade rating under ping test is if you try online gaming or similar where latency should be minimum. Otherwise, for torrents & downloads its not much of an issue
