Hi Folks
Its urgent does anybody haave the Bangalore NIB phone numbers or email ids of the concerned officers and if possible Pune contact numbers for plan change. BSNL has again reduced my bandwidth fro a whopping speed what i used to get 1.2 mbps (practically 200kbps) download speed now i'm getting 25-30 kBps. So pahetic i cant download anything i have to sit and wait. Even the concerned SDE does not show interest in our complaints and even the General manage is to busy,i have to talk to a JTO who blames the exchange folks for poor service, the selfcare site also is not pretty effective.
Whole august i suffered due to slow speed and suddenly my speed comes back on the 1st of september and again on the 15th its gone.Now this cannot be a exchange problem neither a line problem as i changed a to z from the exchange to my residence every wire,port,splitter and even modem and dp point also.What else?
These guys are making us look like fools by giving silly answers like SNR variation etc. The polite PRO of bsnl says i will look into the matter and does not get back even its one month now.Leave alone customer care 1500. Waste ot time and energy. I want my moneys worth i wont spare these guys.
come on folks nobody here can solve my problem i'm counting on this forum.
