Thumbs down 900+plan is not a right 1.

    Hi

I am Aman, I had bsnl broadband 750+UL plan where in was able to download in 50KB. On August 22 2010. I changed my broadband plan from 750+ To 900+ To get the maximum speed. The speed they assured me is 4MBto8GB. They said that the plan will be activated from 1-September-2010. but still now the speed i am getting is just 3kb,10kb, or maximum 25kb. I called bsnl customer care and technical support and they disconnected the line for almost 1 month. Today i called them saying the same that my bsnl broadband is very slow. they said that they cannot do anything and they gaved me another number which is not working. Their plans and their Support no worth for help. BSNL Should have right person in right place to fix this kind of a problem. make sure that bsnl fixes my 900 broadband plan or not.

Under " post paid orders ", check your current plan. Post the screen shot after blackening personal details.

    Hi..

I already contact to BSNL exchange were they told me i am in 900+ plan only by confirming with their Records. I also contacted : 150 and 1504 and how numbers do i have to contact for the same. My issue is that BSNL 900+ Plan is not working on my side. I am getting very less speed which i can get in mobile phones. BSNL Assures tat the speed will be very much fast between 4MB to 8GB. now where is that Promise.

Check with the Senior Divisional Engineer. May be they haven't removed the cap on your connection.

Question Disional officers are no more helpfull.

I contact Divisional manager many times. whenever i contacted and complained about this bsnl900+ connection which is very slower than 750+. Once i complained regarding that, They are disconnecting the line for 2-3 days. after the reactivating it. but still i got the same speed as before. Later they disconnected line for more than 21 days and they said that the line is ok and ready to go, BUT NO GO. I just used this 900+ connection like basic 10 Rupees mobile card. what can be done for now.

Complain to Nodal officer and/or Appellate authority. Address and phone no on the backside of your bill.
