i hav applied for plan change. how can i know whether my plan is changed from bsnl site(www.data.bsnl.in)? what is service user id?

You need portal ID to log in. If you do not have it, make a call to the local exchange. They keep it in their records. Check under " post paid orders ".

No need to enter service User ID. Just use the phone no and hit " search order ".
