My personal IBM T40 runs without a static IP.

I am in office right now, when i am back home in my home wifi i shall paste the IP Config details for you.

I couldnt find an upgrade for the firmware of this bullshit utstarcom modem router....BSNL/MTNL officials and concerned ministers may have made another scam by buying this partially defunct device.....each n every possible solutions tried but couldnt fix it.....

this happens to MP(Multi Play) subscribers only....but there is no problem with P2 connections.....This is bcus MP is more powerful than P2 nd for this ur modem in MP connections need more RAM size which this modem lacks.

THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH BELKIN N WIRELESS MODEM ROUTER.......ALL WEBSITES OPEN IN PPPoE AND ALSO BROADBAND SPEED INCREASES TO A GR8 EXTENT. ONLY SOLUTION IS TO CHANGE UR MODEM.

pLEASE DO NOT TRY TO LOAD 3RD PARTY FIRMWARE BCUS THR IS EVERY POSSIBILITY THT U WILL RUIN UR MODEM. BETTER GIVE IT TO A GUY WHO DOESNT USE WIFI OR iPad kind of things.
