Thread: Login Failed

Hi Guys

Please help me ... i cannot log in Bsnl Portal, ...i remember nicely that i had log in to portal before with that same Id and PW but now it keeps displaying this message: EJPAK0004W: Lo gin failed. Please enter a valid user ID and password.

Please help me...

I used to get this error a few months back. Was a temporary problem with the site. Try using another browser and check.

Ive tried with many browser but still the problem persist ..
Pls help me....

Can you try System Restore point? say 2 weeks back ?

Chek but the prob exist .. ok i ll try to do by sys restore btw i ve two os win 7 and ubuntu .... recently i had format and install these two os.

1.You won't getSystem Restore points if you had formatted and reinstalled O.S.
2.In Internet Explorer Tools/ Internet options /Advanced
Check Javascript and JAva options. ( not seen in IE8 now. )?

3. Can you log in for Hotmail, Yahoomail or Facebook etc

Nope .. even this sites are not opening, (I mainly use Ubuntu)

Try Firefox browser and in tools/options enable Javascript and test.
or Google Chrome or Opera.
