plz friends see my dsl status tell me if anything wrong

Values are fine.

SNR does it fluctuate every min? Note em and get it recified with your exchange.The value is too low expect disconnections now and then.

As said by @meetdilip your ADSL status is OK.
But if you want you can change the mod ADSL2 to G.DMT, only if you are in upto 2Mbps plan or upto 8Mbps plan.
