I'm having line attenuation problem dn-9.0 and Up-4.1 , I read on speedguide.net that its possible to stablilize LA by increasing RWIN(recieve window) figures. A larger RWIN a better LA and a lower RWIN a higher LA.
How can LA be corrected. My SNR is good up-30.1 and Dn-28.1
