Thread: Dataone email and admin problem

Hello , I currently have BB UL 750+ plan and have also given a request to change the plan to a promotional BB 499 UL plan..

Now I need to know my email ID and password that bsnl have given their BB customers .. (The one that can be used in dataone.in i suppose) I dont remember my previous details..

Also , the "dataone administration link" points to sancharnet.in/dataoneredirect.htm link which then redirects me to bsnl.co.in page.

And would it be same credentials used to check usage? (data.bsnl.in) ( i dont remember the portal id or password either..) (is the portal id the one in 192.168.1.1 ?)

With what does your IP start ? 59.xx.xx.xxx or 117.xx.xx.xx ?

No new mailid/portalID needed for Ip 59.xx.xx.xx users.

And what is my Userid and password , both of them , I am not sure..
I tried my best it shows incorrect username or password.

My IP starts with 117...

For users with Ip 117.xx.xx.xx
Set No 1 : UserId and Password to connect to internet.
Set No 2 :
14digit portal Id and Password default password
to log in BSNL Portal

Set No 3.

Contact your Exchange and ask for email ID and password.

Program your mail client Outlook express/Outlook etc.
