how can we set to prompt for user name and password whenever we enter into the network
    4.
Open 192.168.1.1 admin admin and go to Management menu.
    BACKUP current settings to say
    C:/My Documents/modem always on mode.
    5.
For this you have to select "Bridged" in wan page
    uncheck PPP/PPPoE box.Enter your userid ( without @ bsnl)
and enter your password. SAVE Reboot.
    6.
Create a dialer in computer window.
enter user id and PW to log on to Internet.
    [ In computer:
    Start Allprograms/Accessories/Communications/
Network connections/ create a lan net work etc )]
    7.
Security-Select SSID i have put my user id
and in Network Key 1: i have put my pass word
In wireless mode the security key WPA ( preferred) used, prevents
others acccessing your connection, without your knowledge.
