Thread: Setting up WiFi on Ipod touch 4

I am try to configure the Wifi connection on Ipod touch, but am not able to do so.
As I try setting up, it automatically detects my connection and i can see the connection strength bar as well. But when I try to access the internet via Safari, it says that "Safari could not open this page because the server stopped responding."
Please let me know how to configure the wifi settings.

you have to set your modem to pppoe "always on" connection. since iPod does have option to put user id and password to do so, therefore you have to configure to pppoe. while configuring u will ask to put your broadband user id and pass in modem itself. therefore whenever u will switch ON ur modem, ur modem will automatically get connected to internet and u will be able to surf internet on both ur dextop and ipod at the same time.
