    Default Very slow speeds

    I'm using 750UL plan,

Since the past month my speeds from direct links(like Rapidshare, Softpedia) is only 15-20Kbps, even downloads from Microsoft don't exceed 20Kbps,

I have scanned my system completely for any malware but its clean, I have also used TCP/IP Optimizer, My SNR Downstream is 39dB, Attenuation is 22dB,

I only get 50-60Kbps on Torrents and while using download managers, what could be the problem?

Did any maintenance occurred in your area ? Check the SNR and attenuation values.

Your SNR is Good,if you are getting less download speed on torrents, try port forwarding, set the upload limit to 22kB/s.
Which Download Manager you are using?
