friends,
i was signing up for new bsnl selfcare portal
where i provided d account no. and security question
but i think i hav entered wrong email
its been five days and i havnt got a mail
and when i clicked on unlock "account/reset password"
a new page pops up in wich i enter my customer id(which i entered during registering)
then security ques(which i chose during signing up)
and email id(whic i entered during signing up)
are asked
when i click submit aftr filling req info
i get d message d email u entered is wrong(my actual id)
what shud i do next..
