    Default Router of BSNL, can use for MTNL?

    Hi friends, I have a router (UTStarcom WA3002 G1, Type 2) which i bought for BSNL Broadband, now I am not using it. One of my friend who wants to use for MTNL Broadband, can he?

    Yes.
    VPI/VCi 0 and 32. for MTNL. ( confirm)
    use dns Google 8.8.8.8 and opendns
    208.67.220.220 ( or MTNL provided dns )

    Yes, he can. Both need an ADSL modem. Simply change the VPI/VCI values and ID - password.

    I put that values, but when i was trying to save i am getting this error. "ERROR: FAIL TO UPDATE DUE TO... Duplicate to a VPI/VCI !"

    Delete existing entries and create a new one. Try connecting in Bridge mode. Check what happens.

    If nothing works, post the screen shot of corresponding page.

    @sanjdar :
    In wan page select link 0_32 and select EDIT option.
    For "dialer mode" select Bridged" Save reboot
    For "always On" select PPP/PPPoE mode
    and enter userId PW in next page.etc.
