Thread: Broadband plan change

I am from kolkata...i applied for a plan change from my current plan BBG250 to BBG625ULcs1 on 17.09.10...THEY SAID THAT I CAN AVAIL MY NEW PALN FROM 01.10.10 but still i am in my old plan...My local exchange are saying it will take time..what will i do?? should i wait???

Go to the orders page in the portal, blacken your personal detail like portal ID and order no. and post the screen shot. There is nothing we can do about plan change other than follow up. But the screen shot will tell us whether your request is processed or not.
