Thread: New SelfCare Portal??????

Hello members,
Today i wanted to check my usage and logged onto BSNL Portal, after signing in there i was redirected to a totally new page where it was mentioned to choose our telecom circle to get into self care portal . Hence i chose my telecom circle, again i was redirected to a new site BSNL Customer Care Portal. Since, it has only 1 option to sign into that portal i.e. UserID and Password!!!!
So please, can any 1 tell me what is this UserID???? I tried it with my portal id and even with my mail is (******@bsnl.in) but it always said that "Username Authentication Failed"!!!!!!!!
Please help me in solving this problem, i desperately want to log in to BSNL to track my Order Status.

.Logged in data.bsnl. usual page comes up.
What I see is 4 selfcare portals listing different towns/cities.

There is an option for registration.
Did you register with your own choice of User ID ?
Password will be sent to email address you provide.

If you cannot find your circle in any of the self care sites, it means you are still in data.bsnl.in. Give it a try and report if it fails.

Also try registering here

If i m still on data.bsnl.in then how to see my usage.

1. Trying logging into data.bsnl.in and check what happens. Are you able to see " post paid services " ?

2. Try a bandwidth meter. Shaplus or Networx (with graphics) will do.

Strange! Since your circle is not listed in self care portals, there should be an option to view orders page in data.bsnl. Please call the SDE and seek assistance.

Don't try it. According to reports some of the users got their settings corrupted. It is supposed to fix the settings of your connection and help you upgrade the firmware.

use as usual data.bsnl.in with 14digit portalId and PW.
standby:
Use NetworX from Software for Enterprises, Intranets and the Internet to check your usage locally
( single computer)

Shillong not included in self care portals.
Use as usual dataa.bsnl.in
try to download application NetworX from softperfect.com, to keep track of your usage from today.
When you access BSNL portal verify usage.
