    Default "bsnl potral id changing problem"

    Hello all the members of IBF.I am new in this forum.This forum is become very helpful for me.My quary is about the 'bsnl potral id changing'. Recently i was change my bsnl potral id and after that i was not able to check my usage with my new id. whenever i login into the bsnl potral with my new potral id and try to check my broadband usage it was saying 'Remote connection Error' .i am in big trouble now.please help me anyone to slove the problem.

    Try the old 14digit portal user Id. and password.
    You can also download NetworX from softperfect.com to keep track of your usag from today..

    Try the old 14 digit usageportal ID and PW.
    Use from today application NetworX.

    Call BSNL and ask them to reset your account so that you can use your old ID to check usage. A few other members has reported such issues while changing portal ID. I believe it is a wrong move. You may use a bandwidth meter like Networx or Shaplus to check the usage for the time being. Also register at Web Registration for Usage Alerts for sms alerts.

    Thanks for your feedback. i already contact BSNL but they said that they can do nothing in that issue, the only way to solve that problem is to surrender my present connection and apply for a new connection.Is this the really only way to get out of my problem???????????????

    1.Did you try old 14digit portal ID PW default password?
    2.
    Your location is it listed in selfcare pages ?
    3.
    Try an ONline complaint here:
    http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp
    4.
    or
    send an Email request asking for the details to your circle CC.
    need some written complaint( REF No)and feedback from BSNL.

    Again thanks for your support.i was try my old portal id and password to log in into the portal, but it says that "user id already is in use". what was that.

    i am user of FN 500 plan, so i have to daily check my usage, but now i am suffering to do that. please give me way by that was able to get out of my problem.............

    .Now make a complaint to CC and give above details and say you cannot log in. or option No 3 & 4.

    Download NetworX from softperfect.com to track your usage from today.
    7. Or try the SMS option.

    no reply from you.
    5.
    Try options 3 & 4 informing your old portalID and pw
    and other details.
    6.
    download application NetworX for usage check locally.
