Why i'm getting error message: 720

After restarting PC it connects fine, but sometime when modem LINK light blinks and disconnects my net, and then it wont connect w/o restarting PC. plzzz guys solve this.

I've windows 7 , bsnl night unlimited plan.

SIEMENS C2110 ADSL modem
1.
TRY PPP/PPPoE mode. ( for testing stable connection )
Uncheck "bridged" in wan page of modem and select above.
Enter userID/PW there.
or
2.
delete present dialer and make fresh one.

3. Give mod mode selected, and snr attn data

its SIEMENS C2110. its PPPOE connection.

error 720.
