    Red face Bandwidth Vs Speed.

I changed my Broadband Plan to BSNL 1400 with 4 MBPS unlimited.
I thought youtube would stream without buffering.
But still most of the internet TV station and Youtube buffer.

When i check my bandwidth on Dataone.in it says 3742 kbps.
When i check the speed on 2wire.com or speedtest.net it hardly crosses
    100 kbps.

Well i dont understant what or where is the problem
Can anyone help me understand this

    1. Download any file from Microsoft and report the speed here.

    2. Are you sure that your plan changed ? What is the speed you are getting on torrents and direct downloads ? Did you ever got 4 Mbps speed ?

The reason why I am asking is, a few users complained to get the same old 2 Mbps speed even after switching to 4 Mbps plan. They might not have removed the cap at the exchange (only a possibility).

    3. Try speedbit video accelerator.

Download speed appears to have improved.
I was in 2MBPS plan earlier.
But video buffering is still a issue.
    Let me check speedbit, Thanks
