Thread: BSNL BB down in SOUTH KOLKATA?

Guys,

Any of you from South Kolkata (under Jadavpur exchange) region facing trouble with BSNL Broadband. Mine was fine till 12th morning 8:00a.m. and I DL'ed about 2.8GB in that session.

But after returning from Office and trying to connect the net, I was really astonished to find that my link light was blinking continuously. Checked splitter connection, connected diectly to service entry point bypassing splitter but it was of no use. Called a friend under the same exchange and he said that his broadband was also down from yesterday morning. Called another from in another area and he said that his was working.

I'm confused. Till now the problem persists. I'm typing this from office...
(Already complained at 1500... no response from BSNL personnel)

I am in north kolkata..it is fine for me...it appears to me that it is problem of ur exchange..

what error no r u getting??is it 678????

u will not get any service from BSNL as it puja holiday for them..from tomorrow
