Thread: change of tarriff plan through bsnl portal

i want to know if anyone successfully changed their tariff plan through bsnl's new SAP portal.

No reports yet. Can you post a screen shot of the aforesaid page.

It is better to do it manually. Otherwise, no idea what BSNL will make out of it.

yes you can change your plan through SAP ..it is very fast for me
i today changed my plan
i send request in morining 8.15 am
and i check my plan at 4.00pm
it changed ..........it is very very fast
