I was in the plan 500c and changed it to 750UL last week of last month.When I called customer care,they said they have changed my plan to 750UL.But I am not able to register in selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in for checking whether they have actually changed it to 750UL or not.I tried registering for 50-60 times,still i am unable to register as whenever I enter my bb user id it says my either my username is wrong or my broadband service is not active,even though I have been using net for last 1 yr.I contacted customer care for it and as they directed I filled it again and again it showed the same error msg again and again.They said they will get back to me soon.but still no solution to it.My father went to the bsnl office and they showed him the register that they have changed it to unlimited.I registered in bbusage.bsnl.in.And After I sent a msg typed ''BBUSAGE'' to 9447051550,then in reply I got a msg from 53733 that the broadband usage for my account is 6440MB.My question is those who are in unlimited plan,then is their usage counted.
My IP address is 117.xxx.xxx.xxx.My user id is bsnl.in. My speed is 0.63Mb/s.Once when i checked my speed it showed 1 point something mb/s and I was worried whether plan has really been changed to 750 or not.but that happened only once during that night.I sent a msg to 52295 typing ''BBU 0674xxxxxxx and in reply I got a msg from BSNL that ''dear customer ,your broadband usage till date for this month=0MB.UR FREE LIMIT=UL FOR YOUR Bphone.What do I do?How do I confirm it.
