    Default 750ul plan-is the usage being counted?how do you confirm you are in 750ul plan

    I was in the plan 500c and changed it to 750UL last week of last month.When I called customer care,they said they have changed my plan to 750UL.But I am not able to register in selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in for checking whether they have actually changed it to 750UL or not.I tried registering for 50-60 times,still i am unable to register as whenever I enter my bb user id it says my either my username is wrong or my broadband service is not active,even though I have been using net for last 1 yr.I contacted customer care for it and as they directed I filled it again and again it showed the same error msg again and again.They said they will get back to me soon.but still no solution to it.My father went to the bsnl office and they showed him the register that they have changed it to unlimited.I registered in bbusage.bsnl.in.And After I sent a msg typed ''BBUSAGE'' to 9447051550,then in reply I got a msg from 53733 that the broadband usage for my account is 6440MB.My question is those who are in unlimited plan,then is their usage counted.

    My IP address is 117.xxx.xxx.xxx.My user id is bsnl.in. My speed is 0.63Mb/s.Once when i checked my speed it showed 1 point something mb/s and I was worried whether plan has really been changed to 750 or not.but that happened only once during that night.I sent a msg to 52295 typing ''BBU 0674xxxxxxx and in reply I got a msg from BSNL that ''dear customer ,your broadband usage till date for this month=0MB.UR FREE LIMIT=UL FOR YOUR Bphone.What do I do?How do I confirm it.

    Checking speed is one of the finest method to confirm plan change. Download any file from Microsoft and check your speed. Speed test may be deceiving.

    The usage should be shown as 0 MB for unlimited plan. I guess your plan change is not provisioned yet. Talk to the Senior Divisional Engineer and confirm.

    Yep. I get 60 - 70 KBps while downloading from good servers like Cnet and Microsoft. Torrents also range between 62 - 64 KBps.

    land on Dataone WebMail , if you are dataone customer. click "main server" at the top, log IN, then click user info
    you get the plan you are In.

    I got speed now between 55-88 KBps [and not exceeding it] while downloading a mp3.Do u think its 750UL then?

    Are you getting 88 most of the time ? I never got it on my UL 750 connection. There are intermediate surge periods when the speed will go up to 100 + KBps, but normally it hovers around 62 KBps.

    yes for last few days i am getting speed of 88 KBps.

    i have suffred the same position i change the plan home 500 to 750 plus to 27 june . my plan has provisned to 1 july to data portal .my plans has decresed to 70-80 kbps . i enjoyed the unlimited broswing .ist atom bomb has come to 5 august my bill has 13339rs i shocked and ran to bsnl office . bsnl office has explain your plan has no change to bsnl accounts computers he suggested to go to brondband section .i went to brondnand section and told the story so he says we will the bill adjustment to new plan and email to account section .i return home but my bill has no adjustment .bsnl people always says noour fault he has a computer fault i went to 8-9 time to bsnl times but has no answred me 30 august he ajusted the bill to 850rs + late fine 50rs = 900rs. says he will send the bill to new plan
    My data portal always show unlimited plan and usage 0
    10 sep second atom bomb to 28789rs to my house .again old story he has no change to my plan to accounts computer. accounts section says we recieved the only mail to july bill nor to august bill .your plan has home 500 and go to brondband section . i suffred last two months . i paid the august bill today 1035 .plus two months fine .
    so plese aware to plan change
    1. always plan change to account section and brondband sectiom
    always ask 1961 to account section and 1957 to brondband section

    Sorry , to hear about your troubles regarding billing.
    Kindly mention the selfcare portal you have to access.

    Do not want , you to antogonise the local BSNL staff now.
    Presume September bill is normal .
    3.
    Do SAVE the usage details for October from portal
    and the page showing the plan as Provisioned.
    Seems the data is sent for two time blocks.
    08AM to 02AM Chaergeable.
    02AM to 08AM chargeable/not chargeable depending on plan.
    And what the Summary shows as chargeable is not known.

    BSNL has not to send my september bill but he says your plan has changed to accounts computer we have recieved the email for brondband section for your plan change. bsnl has called today morning me and show the email from banglore
    and paid the bill for august . i saw the bsnl account compter so he is showing my plan 750ul . so i am relax now
