Thread: What they meant by Bandwidth (Download speed)

hi , here in punjab bsnl offer a new plan 499 UL at 256 Kbps but near to speed they wright (in red color bold letter) Bandwidth (Download speed) , i just wanna confirm , as they wright it is download speed so, 256 kbps should by download speed ? which is measure in KBps not in kbps , but they wright kbps as the units of given speed which 256.
So please tell me if i buy this plan then what download speed will i get , 256 KBps or 256/8 KBps?
