    1. Configure your modem in PPPoE.

    2. Enable DHCP in your modem.

    3. In the TCP/IP properties of your connection, set " Obtain IP address automatically ".

Are you able to detect the SSID on your iPhone ? Tried connecting any other device using wifi (Say laptop) ?

Configure static IP. Make it as 192.168.1. 25 instead of 169.xx.xx.xx.

Try changing the values so that you do not get the 169.xx.xx.xx IP.

Delete the Ipconfig /all picture. No tunnel data needed.
    Copy/paste only for LAN network.
Even without WIFI in Desktop, your Iphone can work in wifi mode.
Wifi in computer( desktop/laptop) for confirming you have correct settings in router.

Are you sure the passphrase or the key is right (sometimes it gets connected but has no access to the internet or network)
How much time does the iphone take to connect the the router?
I think the router is not assigning the external IP address to the device properly or the device is not obtaining the external IP address correctly. Try changing the external IP address manually. (The external IP address should be 192.168.1.2 or 192.168.1.3 (If the PC is already connected to the router).

edit : Please change the IP address in the DHCP tab to - 192.168.1.3 and u should be good.

    Try in router.
    192.168.1.1/advance_menu.html
    or
    192.168.1.1/secur_menu.html.

    2.

Delete previous screen shot. ( Tunnel data not needed )
Post again screen shot .showing LAN connection showing ethernet card dns etc.

@Blkhrt You have to change your internal IP address, as shown in the Iphone, 169.x.x.x should be 192.168.1.x (replace x with 2 or 3)
