Thread: How to change BSNL Broadband Connection's Username And Password?

I want to know how i can change my BSNL Broadband Connection's username and password. (dataone.in) - That site shows that my Username or password is incorrect when i try to login but i'm sure that it is correct. If there's another site for it, then please tell me the URL.

(Isn't my username and password supposed to be the "PPP username and password")

1. Please mention your location.

2. You need your portal ID to check usage at data.bsnl.in. If you do not have it, make a call to your local exchange.

3. Which IP range are you in 117.xx.xx.xx or 59.xx.xx.xx ?

meetdilip : I'm from Lucknow, IP - 117.x.x.x. I don't have my portal ID, BSNL said me nothing about it. Is the PPP username my portal ID? Is there a way i can find my portal id online?

This is your self care portal. You need to register here with your consumer no. (from bill).

It is not the username and password used to connect to internet. Hope this helps. If in doubt, feel free to ask.

This portal is new and you do not need a portal ID. You can use the ID and password using which you register. A few members report problems while registering and contacted customer care where the issue was fixed.
