Please delete the Broadband line status.
    Scrolling the page is bothersome.
    see this picture.
    If menu pages are same
check Teracom models or modem C2110 settings.

There is no need of continuous noise to get discussion a sudden noise burst is sufficient to get disconnection ask the lines man to check your line and certain models of siemens have firmware problems even if yours need firmware update don't attempt on yourself take it to the exchange and ask them to update the firmware they will do it if it fails they can recover or replace your modem. Go to motive.bsnl.in and check whether your model is listed in the firmware upgrade list.

Now There is new problem created. I Upgraded my Siemens modem to latest version and its name changed to Nokia Siemes. Now i edited Internet Connection Configuration where only pppoe connection only working in "ALWAYS ON" mode. hOw to get back to my old DIAL UP mode? I also tried configuring BRIDGING mode, but after rebooting modem, it keeps glowing LINK light. In bridging mode configuration i'm unable to edit WAN IP setting, as its grey in checkbox, and set to none.

So please solve to get work on my old DIAL UP mode. I dont want ALWAYS ON mode. plzzzz guys help me.

You can very well get back to dial up mode. But I would like to know why you don't want PPPoE(Always on ) mode? It is a secure mode. If you don't want internet just switch off your modem and whenever you need internet just turn on the modem wait until IP address is assigned you are connected to internet.

pppoe is secure, how??? Actually i sleep at 11pm and i have 2am-8am unlimited plan, where i use BBScheduler which connects my net at 2am and auto disconnects at 7:45am, where my all downloads in uTorrent and IDM start.

now tell me is it possible in ALWAYS ON mode to schedule on/off ?

There are router specific batch scripts for restarting router at around 2.00 am and at 8.00 am but a bit complicated than scheduling in dial mode.

Secure means from hackers point of view your machine is not visible to internet in PPPoE mode only router gets wan side IP address and all your computers are behind a hardware firewall.
