I am Trying To Add My Lanline Phone Number In ONline BSNL Portal SO That I can Pay Bills Online
But I cant Add It Invalid Number.......bla bla bla Error Cames

I Am Confused What To Set On SSA / STD Option
I Try Both Dont Works

I am Typing My Phn No. With STD Code XXXXXXXXXXX
I Also Type My Account Number XXXXXXXXX

But Error Cames Can Anybody Helps Me

How I can Take My Portal Login Id To Login There

ONline BSNL Portal
give Location ( town) &

also whether using Broadband connection.

Sangrur is listed. in selfcare.ndc.
When you register use your own ID ( say indiarock)
( Not userid given by BSNL or 14digit portal Id)
Give correct email address. Password will be sent by BSNL.
Then you log in to check all facilities.

Customer number will be consumer number as shown in your telephone bill.

Call customer care. Many users reported the same problem. Got the ID from customer care.

When you Register in Selfcare portal
(1) YOu CAN use your own ID say Indiarock
(2) give other details. Login ID
(3) Consumer NUMBER from telephone Bill.

If your Ip is 117.xx xx xx
(1) set One: you have USERID/PW
(2) set two : 14digit portal ID and PW
(3) det 3three : Email ID and PW
(4) Now for self care Own user ID India rock
Password will be sent by BSNL>
(If still unable to rgister contact JTO(BB) Bsnl your Exchange.
