If you are trying to check your usage at portal, you need to use the 14 digit portal ID. Please mention your location. If you do not have it, check with the local exchange.

Hi, I am also an existing broadband user. Now when I am trying to register at selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in, I get the message of invalid BB user id.
I have tried the 14 digit no. also.
I have also tried my broadband user name (which we use to login for BB).
But it also didn't work.?

Please tell me from where I can get my BB user id ?

You need to call the customer care for that. A few users had the same problems which was solved by the customer care.

Before that try your consumer no. from bill.
