Rep Power: 10 | I would like to know which modem do you guys use and what your views are about your modem and if you could possibly give your experiences with speeds on a bsnl broadband dsl connection that would be great. I am buying a new house which is on Jaipur-Ajmer highway and will need a new broadband connection there so just gathering information on which one to go for as there are 3 options there Airtel, bsnl and sify broadband. I would love to hear from those members who have can give a brief comparision of bsnl and any other service provider they may have used in the past so I can get a good Idea of what ill be looking at if I go for a particular isp. |

Rep Power: 0 | Hi. Here in Noida, I have Airtel (256kbps) and BSNL(upto 2mbps) at home and Reliance(1mbps) at the factory. This is how I (my personal exp) rate them.. Airtel: Excellent back-up. Nearly 100% uptime. Stable and fast connections. 256kbps 99% of the times. Biilion USB ADSL. BSNL: Cheap to use but very poor support. 1 month has passed since I got the connection and still unable to access 10.240.43.216 or similar to change pw/check usage. Scary, if you ask. Use a Beetel 220+ BX using RJ45. Reliance: Spot-on speeds, very stable, good support. UTstar ADSL modem. I am very happy with the Reliance connection - wish it was available in my residential sector!! All the best Cheers |

Rep Power: 0 | I have been using BSNL braodband using UTstarcomm UT-300R2U. The Connection gives some or the other problem after every seven days. Really pissed off with this .. No support for troubleshooting available at kalyan telecom, (Nallasopara), Thane. |
